機床介紹：
CWK系列重型數控臥式車床具有精度高、功率大、剛性高等特點，其主要部件和結構均經過優(yōu)化設計。主軸系統(tǒng)結構采用四檔變速，抗震性好，穩(wěn)定性好，具有良好的切削性能。X，Z向滾珠絲杠由伺服電機直聯驅動，動態(tài)響應優(yōu)良，整機噪音低，對大、中、小批量，多品種、多規(guī)格零件的批量加工有較強的適應能力，加工質量穩(wěn)定可靠。能夠自動完成零件的內外圓、端面、切槽、任意錐面、曲面、公英制圓柱、圓錐螺紋等多種工序車削。加裝動力刀塔后，可完成銑削，鉆孔，攻絲等更多復雜加工工序。
CWK heavy-duty CNC lathe have the characteristics of high precision, high power and high rigidity. The main components and structure have been optimized. The main shaft system structure adopts 4-step speed transmission, good shock resistance, good stability, with good cutting performance.
