1.機(jī)床主要大件:底座、工作臺(tái)、立柱橫梁、滑座、滑枕均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)樹脂砂造型、高強(qiáng)度優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，具有完善的熱處理工藝過程來消除殘余應(yīng)力，并布置足夠的加強(qiáng)筋板，保證整機(jī)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛性和高穩(wěn)定性;
2.XY軸采用進(jìn)口重載滾柱導(dǎo)軌，剛性強(qiáng)、動(dòng)態(tài)精度佳，
3.三軸傳動(dòng)采用臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)大直徑研磨雙螺母滾珠絲桿，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、精度高絲桿支撐采用日本產(chǎn)原裝進(jìn)口絲桿支撐軸承，兩端預(yù)拉伸，消除熱伸長(zhǎng)造成的精度損失。組成穩(wěn)定的高剛性機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。
4.橫梁采用階梯式結(jié)構(gòu)，橫梁截面大，導(dǎo)軌跨距大，主軸中心到導(dǎo)軌面距離短，翻轉(zhuǎn)力矩小，結(jié)構(gòu)剛性好;
5.高剛性的臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)龍門專用主軸，采用潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑，可使主軸軸承得到恒定和可靠的潤(rùn)滑，既經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)保又實(shí)現(xiàn)了長(zhǎng)期免保養(yǎng)。

3.Triaxial transmission with double nut ball screw the Taiwan diameter grinding, compact structure smooth motion, high accuracy. The screw support Japan imported screw support bearings, pre-stretched at both ends, eliminating the thermal elongation caused by the loss of accuracy. Form a stable high rigid mechanical transmission system.
4.The bench structure beam, beam section, quide span, spindle center to guide surface distance is short, turning torque is small, good rigidity structure.
5.High rigid Taiwan gantry special spindle, the grease lubrication, can make the spindle bearing get constant and reliable lubrication, both economic and environmental protection to realize long-term free maintenance.
