機床主要大件:底座、工作臺、立柱橫梁、滑座、滑枕均采用優質樹脂砂造型、高強度優質鑄鐵，具有完善的熱處理工藝過程來消除殘余應力，并布置足夠的加強筋板，保證整機具有足夠的強度、剛性和高穩定性;
XY軸采用進口重載滾柱導軌，剛性強、動態精度佳，
三軸傳動采用臺灣產大直徑研磨雙螺母滾珠絲桿，結構緊湊、運動平穩、精度高絲桿支撐采用日本產原裝進口絲桿支撐軸承，兩端預拉伸，消除熱伸長造成的精度損失。組成穩定的高剛性機械傳動系統。
橫梁采用階梯式結構，橫梁截面大，導軌跨距大，主軸中心到導軌面距離短，翻轉力矩小，結構剛性好;
高剛性的臺灣產龍門專用主軸，采用潤滑脂潤滑，可使主軸軸承得到恒定和可靠的潤滑，既經濟環保又實現了長期免保養。

The screw support Japan imported screw support bearings, pre-stretched at both ends, eliminating the thermal elongation caused by the loss of accuracy. Form a stable high rigid mechanical transmission system.
The bench structure beam, beam section, quide span, spindle center to guide surface distance is short, turning torque is small, good rigidity structure.
High rigid Taiwan gantry special spindle, the grease lubrication, can make the spindle bearing get constant and reliable lubrication, both economic and environmental protection to realize long-term free maintenance.
