臥式加工中心
1.機(jī)床主要大件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)樹脂砂造型、高強(qiáng)度優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，具有完善的熱處理工藝過(guò)程來(lái)消除殘余應(yīng)力，并布置足夠的加強(qiáng)筋板，保證整機(jī)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛性和高穩(wěn)定性;
2.XY軸采用進(jìn)口重載滾柱導(dǎo)軌，剛性強(qiáng)、動(dòng)態(tài)精度佳;
3.傳動(dòng)采用臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)大直徑研磨雙螺母滾珠絲桿，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、精度高。絲桿支撐采用日本產(chǎn)原裝進(jìn)口絲桿支撐軸承，兩端預(yù)拉伸，消除熱伸長(zhǎng)造成的精度損失。組成穩(wěn)定的高剛性機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng);
高剛性的臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)臥加專用主軸，采用潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑，可使主軸軸承得到恒定和可靠的潤(rùn)滑，既經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)保又實(shí)現(xiàn)了長(zhǎng)期免保養(yǎng)。
