1.GM 龍門加工中心主要大件:底座、工作臺、立柱橫梁、滑座、滑枕均采用優質樹脂砂造型、高強度優質鑄鐵，具有完善的熱處理工藝過程來消除殘余應力，并布置足夠的加強筋板，保證整機具有足夠的強度、剛性和高穩定性;
2.XY軸采用進口重載滾柱導軌，剛性強、動態精度佳，
3.三軸傳動采用臺灣產大直徑研磨雙螺母滾珠絲桿，結構緊湊、運動平穩、精度高絲桿支撐采用日本產原裝進口絲桿支撐軸承，兩端預拉伸，消除熱伸長造成的精度損失。組成穩定的高剛性機械傳動系統。
4.橫梁采用階梯式結構，橫梁截面大，導軌跨距大，主軸中心到導軌面距離短，翻轉力矩小，結構剛性好;
5.高剛性的臺灣產龍門專用主軸，采用潤滑脂潤滑，可使主軸軸承得到恒定和可靠的潤滑，既經濟環保又實現了長期免保養。
